Peerless Crossing is a $7 million, 40,000 square foot doctors' office building in the up-and-coming city of Cleveland, Tennessee. Kinsey Probasco Hays sold Peerless Crossing in 2007.
Significance
Completed in 2006, Peerless Crossing represented the largest private construction project in Bradley County for that year. Kinsey Probasco Hays also worked with Community Health Systems to establish a new health corridor in Cleveland, Tennessee.
